Wild Alaska Smoked Salmon

This is my first attempt at smoking my own salmon. Beautiful Kenai River Red Salmon I caught with my good friend Tim Blum earlier this summer, all brined up and ready for the smoker. Many thanks to my neighbor Tim Denuptiis for the brine recipe, kind instruction, and use of the big chief.
